These RE markets truly show who invested in the right and wrong markets. When you could simply buy any crap shitbox and flip for 150k, well those days are gone for a long time. Always buy value add properties, they keep you safe during turbulent markets.

Rental prices for all types of properties have dipped 15-20% on average. Basement and Condos are hurting the most. Unless your property is in high transit area, it’s getting tough out there. Detached homes are still moving fairly quickly due to families sticking together

If you’re renting and in a pinch. Move back in with your family until you can leave on your own again.

This may be the solution if you can’t sell your property in this tough market. If only…😂
