Finally worked out today that Mudgee isn't just 'out West' but it's actually North of Bathurst/Orange!

On another note, Telstra apparently has two identities that refer to me. Which is probable because of being a past Telstra customer as well as a current one via a MVNO.

What's cute is logging onto the Telstra website tells me I have NaN Telstra Plus points available!

I have no idea any more if I'm talking to an AI chat bot for telecommunications carrier help or a human in a call (chat?) centre or a human at home.

But for some reason they rarely hire bots or humans who can type quickly? 'Agent is typing...' is what is on my screen a lot!

I remain baffled how in 2024 Woolworths still trounces Coles Supermarkets with basic searching for products on their website.

“Biscoff” on Woolies returns a bunch of products including biscuits.

The same on Coles doesn’t show the basic biscuits as a result.
