WE GOING TO NATIONALS ‼️My 4*400 team had a great day at All States as a collective we ran a 3:27.90 (split a 50.8) this got us 6th overall which also qualified us for New Englands ‼️ I also ran the 55H and placed 6th with a time of 7.67 which qualifies me for New Englands ‼️

Had a Great day yesterday during the pentathlon‼️ I scored 3,359 points‼️Which got me 3rd place‼️ 55H: 7.75 Shot Put: 31 feet 5 inch (PR) Long Jump: 20 feet 5 inches (Huge PR‼️) High Jump: 5’7.75 1000m: 2:47.84 (Huge PR‼️)

I am a New Balance All-American‼️My shuttle hurdle team and I was able to run a phenomenal time making us New Balance All-Americans.

Just had my first outdoor season meet and pr’d both in the long jump and 200‼️‼️ many more pr’s to come

For my season opener I ran a PR in the 110 hurdles 14.95 (nationals 14.45) I also ran the 400 hurdles 56.37 (nationals 54.00)

Had a great PR in the 400 ‼️ I ran a 51.16 (goal 49) and I also ran the 400H Season best time of 56.10 (nationals 54.0)
