A sharp drop in solar radiation was evident in GSO during the solar eclipse, dropping off from 2:00pm and bottoming out to a daytime low around 3:10 when the sun was about 84% covered. Then you can see levels beginning to shoot back up. Tim Buckley NWS Raleigh
