👉 Ze strony Instytutu Studiów Europejskich UJ prelegentami byli: Natasza Styczyńska, Jan Grzymski i dr Marcin Zubek, a seminarium moderowała @magda_gora. Instytut Bliskiego i Dalekiego Wschodu UJ reprezentowała joanna dyduch.

Big day! We’re launching The 89 School! This summer school format explores the remarkable post-1989 transformation toward political freedom and a dynamic market economy in Poland and Central & Eastern Europe. Next week, we kick off our first edition, focusing on Poland.

The 89School began on July 16 at the Presidential Hotel, formerly the Warsaw Marriott. Chosen for its symbolic role in Poland’s 1989 opening to the world. Over the years, the hotel hosted U.S. Presidents George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden.
