If you want to be taken seriously. Take yourself seriously, first.

Poor organizational hygiene is a productivity killer.

Trade shows are a great way to widen your network and stay up to date with your industry's news. Which events do you plan to attend this year?

What I have learned training tech pros: things don't always sink in the first time. The reinforcements needed to both organize and remember to communicate well are not to be underestimated.

Personal responsibility matters. If you run into trouble with a work task, or did not understand, ask for help. Don't just stay silent. That will only lead to bigger problems. Speak up. Doing so will demonstrate your emotional maturity and business sense.

If you don't act like a leader, don't wonder why your employees are confused. As CEO, you are the decision maker, together with your management team. Solicit employee feedback for sure. But it's not up to them.

Successful businesses are organized businesses. If you're constantly chasing your tail, trying to remember where things are, we can fix that.
