I really enjoyed coaching Sol King & XSET Muz for grands. They landed at a shambles drop and managed to qual to Denmark and I felt every single emotion like I was playing. My role was just preparing a gameplan and reminding them to stick with it but I may become a long-term coach

If you have the option to then you should create different spaces for each part of your day. Your place for working shouldn't be in the same place you sleep, rest, or eat in. This will increase your focus on each task and improve your rest leading to overall better performance 👍
