Next in my Que and like all Karen's work it will be definitely worth your time I am Particularly interested in listening to a woman's perspective on managing a golf club. Maybe the low participation rates are linked to the lack of women in management roles!

Andrew Kirby Sandy Jamieson A modern club is listening to what it's membership wants and importantly looking outside that to what is actually happening in the real world. Too often we all forget golf is a game we play because it's fun.

Unfortunately if it stays that way those clubs will be out of business within the next 50 years let's hope they are the crap courses we won't miss anyway

As with learning methods such as "Operation 36", where and which tees one starts from should be determined by ability (regardless of gender).

Not permitting elite, long hitting women to play and adjust their hcps from further back tees doesn’t seem in any way appropriate or fair. Authorities should encourage play not cause disillusionment. ⛳️🙂
