Today we paid a visit to our RNLI Siloth friends and enjoyed a quick coffee as we looked back from their Station to the Scottish coast. All independent lifeboats work closely with their RNLI neighbours, often jointly tasked and importantly we look out for each other. 🙂☕️🙏

The best thing I have done recently is remove all the noise from my mobile. I have muted group chats that I’m in, emails & apps like Facebook & Instagram. I go to the apps when I decide to now. What a huge difference! Try it. 👊🏼
