Hey Avis Car Rental, extremely disappointed in most recent rental in Orlando. Received excessive cleaning charge of $250 a week later due to little dust on the dash and sand on the floor. Refuse to waive the charge. Been a preferred member for 30 years. Nice knowing you, I guess.

I mean, Walt Disney World probably brings in millions of tourists, some renting at Avis Car Rental. Lots of beach visits with sand. Is it the expectation that one vacuums before returning? If so, that’s news to me. Does it actually state that in the rental agreement?
