#ThrowbackThursday to our amazing 2019 Fellows organizing in MD-08! Did you know Democracy Summer expanded nationally for the first time in 2021? Since then, we’ve partnered with Democratic campaigns in over 40 states and mobilized thousands of Fellows across America!

Our Democracy Summer Fellows, Scholars and alumni are passionate defenders of climate action, voting rights, affordable health care, reproductive freedom, economic equality and more! They are the heart of our movement and the hope we have for the future of American politics.

150 Democracy Summer Fellows and true-blue fighters from MD-8 joined 200 people in PA-10 as we canvassed and rallied the troops in York for Janelle Stelson for Congress. She came within one point last year and she’s going all the way in 2026. Others gerrymander but we organize!

Our Yassamin Ansari Fellows are shining brighter than the Arizona sun this summer! Their passionate activism and diligent organizing work are moving our country forward and energizing voters all across AZ-03. ☀️ We couldn't be prouder!
