NI teachers would much prefer to be in a classroom today. Instead we again stand up and united to protect the future of those we teach. It’s time the profession was given the respect and resources it deserves. It’s simple, as a country we either care for our children or we don’t.

We do a Behaviour Reset after every half-term break, which is now delievered to all students via recorded video. I've noticed a huge increase in "good mornings", "please" and "thank you", as well as door holding since the most recent one. Manners are taught!
