B is another person at James Tatum gym vs our garage. Today was 1st time doing a reg programmed workout at the gym. Worked up to 39kg for 1 pull w/pause + 2 snatches +7kg over last week. (His 1RM snatch is only 40kg) Did 5 RM snatch grip press of 34kg +9kg over last week.

B just finished with this Accumulation Phase 1. Coach James Tatum put in a ton of pauses at the knee. I think he looks much stronger there now. Cant way to see how it translates to his full lifts.
