This team has nothing to be ashamed of. Amazing run down the stretch with a totally depleted roster and not much of an ability to practice or play the style they wanted to play. Think the ceiling is still pretty high with this staff & excited for next season.

BGSU men’s basketball coach Todd Simon said in post-game press conference that junior guard Javontae Campbell actually broke his left hand recently too. So he played through a broken right AND left hand down the stretch. Campbell still wanted to play. Says a lot about him.

Still no MAC teams on here is silly. CUSA all over. BGSU would more than handle its own vs. CUSA. Weren’t even able to practice on a field yet & beat MTSU opening weekend, who Dallas Baptist (at home) could not sweep. Ball State, Miami & Kent could also beat these teams.

Former 4-star/Elite 11 QB. 31 career TDs to 12 INT. Double-digit P4 starts. 3K career passing yards. Full year as Notre Dame’s starter. 3TD/0INT in a win over Oklahoma in his lone start at Mizzou. Multiple years of eligibility. Exactly the profile this BGSU QB room needed.

Program-record 2nd place finish for BGSU Women's Golf. That’s now 2 different program-record finishes at the MAC Championships in 4 years under Erin Fahey — what an elite coach!

Championship-level program. Not even remotely healthy as an entire roster … yet the beat rolls on. More than in the race down the stretch & playing some great baseball. Gritty, talented, relentless bunch that’s battle tested & will be as tough of an out as anyone come Avon!

James Nahikian BGSU Baseball MACtion Unfair to the players. Dangerous to play ball in that. Toledo’s pitcher threw at least 5 pitches near the head and neck area of BG hitters. 4 hits with 16 runs in 2 innings. That’s not baseball

UT getting out to a 4-run lead while playing in a roulette-wheel Hurricane proved to be the difference Not how a MACT game should be decided More importantly—SAs put in danger playing in absurd conditions & now BG kids will gut out a near 20-hour day. League needs to do better

This BG Baseball team didn’t catch a single break this season. Deserved a lot better both during the year & today. Yet they never wavered, kept in the fight & still won 33 games. Thank you players & staff! This program continues to represent everything that makes BGSU special.

This is exactly the kind of stuff BGSU needs to do to fully capitalize on having Eddie George as coach. Forward-thinking & innovative. This staff is also off to a great start both in the portal and with the 2026 class. Hard not to be very excited about Falcon Football right now!
