After a fantastic evening at the Ivy with MyTutor and TransforMATive talking about staff retention, MAT growth, data and community & parental engagement, I took the opportunity for a slow early morning run along Birmingham's canals.

Great to be back in Birmingham today for the TransforMATive Roundtable dinner with MyTutor and with my Transformative Associate hat on this evening.

I might be struggling with very poor bandwidth (0.5 Mbps upload speed and 20Mbps down) and intermittent disconnections, the support from Plusnet customer service team is outstanding, and based in #Sheffield

Last working day as Director of IT -After 6 months of telling people I was to be leaving my role at United Learning, I come to my final working day. It has started off rather badly with train delays as I head into London for a team workshop on our technical standards.
