At Full Council tonight, it was fantastic to have a debate on the private rented sector in Camden. We had a fantastic panel from Generation Rent to CFPT to set out how we can do even better in our work to stand up for renters 🏠

It’s been a long time coming… but #KentishTown Tube Station is due to re-open on 23 December! As councillors, we visited earlier today to see progress for ourselves and are making sure TfL stay on track🚇

This is the difference Labour can, and will, make in Government: - A strengthened curriculum for all - Councils given ability to open all types of schools, not just academies - More flexibility to act on failing schools - Joined-up system to better protect vulnerable children
