Just spoke to MYOB about accessing information for a client that no longer runs their business. We need to fill out a form, wait up to 10 days and pay $48 to access their data. #whyILoveXero

I just spent over 2 hours on the phone with MYOB support to access a clients subscription to print to reports of historical data. After that whole time, the best answer was to pay another $186 (so $372 in total) to get three days of access. No wonder Xero is eating your lunch!
