Got all the outside stuff done yesterday, so today’s dedicated to garage cleanup, NFL, Blue Jays, and cookin’….toss in a kids hockey practice at 8pm for good measure (because of course). This house is gonna smell good later!! 😋

I went into Sephora yesterday to buy a gift card for my daughter’s flag football coach. I was in there for about 4 minutes, got back into my vehicle and my 46 year old male coworker told me I smelled pretty. Why buy the product when you can smell pretty just being in there 🤴

Just ate a grocery store chicken Caesar salad for lunch….with no dressing…. because stupidity, not for health reasons. Thank god for that lemon!

When the power goes out up here, my neighbours generac is 10ft from my bedroom window. Needless to say I’m not getting that sleep in I wanted. Also, I’ll need go outside and grab my cord and generator from the garage if I want to make coffee. I’m afraid to look outside ⛄️

Power is back on at the lake, but it’s miserable outside. Decided to clean up and will go home a bit early. My son can make his hockey practice later today after all, and will be more prepared for tomorrow (hosting 🦃 dinner).
