Cool combination of Illumina (the dense case) + partially paired ONT (the sparse case) to gain broader genomic coverage and infer clonality in PBMCs. ONT error rate was mitigated using a ComputeConsensus method, benefitting from massive number of reads in (amplified) TET2/DNMT3.
