Picking up my TCS London Marathon race pack. Good Omen, my race number is my lucky one 44779. Game on. Next year, Cracknell Jr I'll be your bag man.
If you have a spare pound I'm running for two amazing causes.

Thank you and have a great weekend. James
I am raising money for two causes TCS London Marathon that are close to my heart. Brain Injury and our armed forces.
I appreciate the strain on people's wallets, even a small amount will make a huge difference to these amazing causes.

Tough day on the river The Boat Race win for Cambridge men & women. Men delivered the committed, clinical performance they'd promised, leaving it all out there. Especially Matt Edge, well stroked fella & well raced boys. Quiet night in tonight I imagine.
The first woman.and a British woman to complete the 100mile Barkley Marathons in Tennesse making the 60hr cut off by less then two mins. A brutally amazing performance, take a bow Jasmin Paris in fact have a lie down ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
Happy birthday big fella. An honour to share your last dance. Have a good one.
Also, Happy b'day Sir Chris Hoy
The second part of my interview with Craig Oliver for Despertately Seeking Wisdom has been released. Having listened to Part 1 earlier in the week, I'm slightly concerned I may have revealed too much in Part 2. More importantly I hope people relate to some of life's challenges
Challenging questions, requiring honest self-reflection. Finished it needing a lie down and a realisation that I'm still seeking wisdom. Thanks (I think) Craig Oliver
Terribly sad news, the King has been diagnosed with cancer. He is not alone over 1000 people a day are diagnosed in the UK a day. 193,000 men, 182,000 women a year. Which is why govt funded research & charities such as Cancer Research UK Cancer Research UK are vital. Be well.
Happy New Year, hope everyone had fun last night. In an Olympic year, my goal would be clear & in my control. My goal is as clear this year & going to be as hard, but not totally within my control. I think Dug is right, keep it simple.

Happy Christmas. Hope you have a better day than our tree. It got attacked by the dogs & it felt unfair to out them outside. Second picture is of a lovely indoor tree. Have a great one.
