When you have any attachments, you are not free, you are a slave. Most people are attached to their status, job, material possessions, beliefs, country, political party etc. Most people have so many things they are attached to.

Every illness, tragedy, and failure starts with a thought. Every healing, breakthrough, and miracle does too. Choose wisely.

Everything you are searching for is within you. Ancient texts say, “The sun, moon, and all the planets are situated with each person. When one has knowingness of this, and fully experiences this, one attains all Divine powers.”

People always complain about not having what they want. They complain about having bills, not having the car or house of their dreams, and not having enough money, among other things. I suggest that you count your blessings. List the things you are grateful for.

Never defend yourself, or explain yourself, or make excuses. Your friends don't need it, and your enemies won't believe you anyway.

When nothing triggers you anymore, you’re not emotionless. You’re free.
