Very early years of The Cycling Podcast when I used to guest from time to time. Lionel and Richard and I used to meet in the foyer of the National Theatre, because it was carpeted and the sound was good. I wish Richard were still around. Still ridiculous that he's not, 3 years on.

Look at Pogačar’s face. It’s the smile, the joy and not only pain. Like the former ex pro tom danielson said about him: “The guy just loves bike racing and views it as enjoyable as most of us view our weekly group ride. I truly believe this is one factor why he continues to

This is Dr. Chris Palmer. A Harvard psychiatrist who’s spent 25 years treating mental illness. His message? The root cause of anxiety, depression & ADHD isn’t trauma or chemical imbalance—it’s dysfunctional mitochondria. This flips how we understand & treat mental illness:🧵

Hello Danielle Smith 1/2 of Alberta voters voted you to be our premier, not to be a separatist. How about building the province rather than sowing seeds of sedition and doubt.

Anyone advocating for Alberta separation from Canada, especially Danielle Smith and Alberta legislature, should pack their bags and renounce their citizenship. They can leave but the land will stay. The land belongs to First Nations and the treaties are with the Crown.

The real story here of Bruce Springsteen and Donald Trump is the reminder that in times like these, it will not be the politicians or the priests that save us, it will be the poets and the painters. There’s a reason Trump and his Administration are trying to financially cripple

Canada holds $330 bn in American T-Bill debt and could call it anytime. Texas refineries are built for a grade of oil that comes from either Venezuela or Canada. America's nutrient stripped farmland would be a dust-bowl without Canadian potash. They just don't have the cards.

Danielle Smith Kids today have cell phones & several social media accounts. They aren't looking for sexually explicit images in library books. 🙄 Maybe focus on why Alberta has more measles cases reported than all of the U.S. combined. 👀

Today would have been my dad’s 74th birthday. This season carries gravity. Father’s Day, his birthday, and the anniversary of his passing all fall within 60 days. For me, grief has no straight path. It revisits, reshapes, and rises when I least expect it. But alongside it
