Chris Minns and Labor have now walked back their support for a “right to hunt”. But otherwise they still support the Shooters’ hunting bill - establishing a taxpayer-funded NRA-style lobby group - in a dodgy deal for support for unrelated government legislation. #GunsForVotes

Labor ‘announcing’ the Great Koala National Park…with no certainty around how/if it’s fully funded. Minns ‘hopeful’ the Federal Government will ‘come through’. Just like Rosehill. Koalas deserve better! 🐨 #nswpol

Minns Labor claim we ‘did nothing’ for Koala Conservation. Facts are, we announced the single biggest investment in koala conservation. Ever. Labor are ‘reviewing’ the strategy… #nswpol

Interestingly, still no answer on whether Minns Labor will deliver their Koala National Park if they don’t get the federal $$$. Concerns validly raised by the Environmental Defenders Office. #nswpol

Chris Uhlmann asked the NSW goverment whether they've modelled electricity prices. And he's found a trove of modelling and analysis. Which the NSW government has entirely refused to disclose to the public. They know prices are going UP. And are hiding it. 1/

Good news the US and Australia agree to develop a bilateral Technology Prosperity Deal to establish joint initiatives to cooperate and invest in AI, quantum, and other critical technologies. Sadly, the sleepy Minns Government will probably let the opportunity slip by for NSW…

“When issues arise for his government that hit a little too close to home, one of his favourite tactics is to ignore the substance and attack the messenger” - SMH bang on re Chris Minns. smh.com.au/politics/nsw/w…

Sad to see Dugald Saunders step down as NSW Nationals Leader. A genuine voice for the regions who I always found to be collaborative and principled when we worked together. #nswpol

Congratulations new Victorian Liberal Leader, Jess Wilson! Wishing you all the best for next year. Victoria deserves better than this tired Allan Govt.
