In the Spring #Budget , Gov outlined key priorities: growth, employment, personal finances, & investment.

We applaud measures addressing these, especially those we proposed in prior engagements.

However, we believe there are missed opportunities for a more prosperous economy 🧵

The government urgently needs to fix the issues facing the childcare sector: high turnover rates, poor working conditions, a lack of financial support for the poorest families and uneven childcare provisions across regions.
