If institutions buy OTC to keep price low wouldn't saylor have bought on an exchange, bumped btc, record earnings for mstr, low mnav=discount, more buying and easy atm?

One thing to keep in mind is that Saylor set off in uncharted waters. This type of company hasn't existed. It's great to hear experienced heads takes but for the rest of us we cannot demand huge returns over the next few months.
