1. #EMPLOYMENT AND JOB SATISFACTION: 78% of the national labor force is made up of WHITE people. BLACK men have the highest unemployment rate. Black people are SIGNIFICANTLY less satisfied than whites even when income, benefits and occupations are controlled. WE ARE TIRED.

2. #OWNERSHIP & GENERATIONAL WEALTH It’s NEVER about these luxury items y’all celebrities and Influencers flash to trick the consumer spirit in our community; baby, we outchea seeking ownership and generational wealth! The The Washington Post told us best: washingtonpost.com/business/2020/…

3. SECURITY AND TIME FREEDOM The United States is the most OVERWORKED country in the world while companies pay people sometimes less than 1% of their value! Make it make sense. You can’t. Black entrepreneurs seek time freedom and work life balance that they can control.

4. WEALTH GAP Having one stream of Income in the pandemic left many blacks people homeless, jobless, and in #Debt. A luxury bag is the LAST thing on our mind. Not only is racism systemic but so is job inequality and bank loan inequality.

Please STOP portraying black entrepreneurs as if all we want is designer. On behalf of the black delegation, I’d like influencers and celebrities to check their attitude about entrepreneurship at the door. YALL do it for materials. We do it for SURVIVAL until the millions come.

Real passionate people aren’t scared of loosing. We aren’t scared of the dark side of entrepreneurship. We KNOW the road won’t be easy but we know we will be FREE.

If you want people to stop desiring designer and unrealistic jumpstarts in entrepreneurship, I dare y’all to stop flashing your “results” ie : screenshots of back office finance reports without sharing your expenses. God bless@
