Hi temp seared Ny Strip steaks last night. It was nice to hang out outside while cooking now that it’s warming up.

First try at Sourdough Kaiser Rolls. Not too bad. Burgers tonight for the family. None for me.

Made some croissant bread for the family and my mom trying to escape from the hospital. Laminated with frozen Irish butter. Won’t last long here.

Heirloom food slicer that I just discovered at my parents house. Just disassembled -cleaned - relubed. As an industrial designer it’s a piece of art. Can’t wait to slice some carpaccio on this thing. AJ Rockatansky I know you appreciate items like this.

Did a thing today. Just do stuff. Long time coming, life and elderly parents delayed it a bit but they would be proud. Feels good to persevere.

A couple of my sourdough pizzas I made for company yesterday. Quite happy with the outcome.
