UPDATE: Swansea City have triggered the £878,000 release clause for Maritimo boss Vitor Matos. Swansea are close to agreeing terms with the 37yo. Matos is preparing his side for their game against Penafiel on Sunday. All being well, he is due to travel to the UK next week.
