It was cool hanging out with one of the best defensive line coaches in the country yesterday. Although he was busy he took time out of his day to just talk about life and I appreciate that. He’s also my brothers D-line coach. Thanks @45Kings_Smith for being you!

C/O 23’ 6’5” 233# yesterday at the CMU Camp TE/LB/DE. Been hitting the camps as a TE and needed to start the week with a day of chest for a reset. Finished with 225# with chains (265# of increasing usable weight) for a set of 10.
