"Bad" customer service is an understatement for Yatra.com. Ravish Jain booked domestic tickets through them a month back, just to get acquainted a day before my travel that the tickets were never booked.For this duration, there was no communication from them even.(1/2)

My Jio fiber connection has not been working since 26 Mar 2021. I have made 7 calls to customer care and every time they say they have provided a slot for engineer to visit. However, the engineer has not visited my premises on any of the slot. (1/2). JIO FIBER

homecentregroup I’ve made countless attempts to reach your customer service, including multiple calls, but all I’ve received are excuses and no resolution. My sofa is defective within six months, and your team is offering no help. Is this the service Home Centre India stands for?
