This is pretty sad. Being about to be informed enough to make reasonable estimates of things in the world is an important aspect of overall understanding. The respondents to this survey think the population of NYC is 100M people (Muslim + Jewish %ages are off by 27X & 15X, as

I must say, the job market is pretty tough right now, if you're looking to work on bleeding edge technologies. Two of the companies I'm most interested in seem to have hiring freezes, or are just slow to get moving for whatever reasons. Hopefully things pick up soon...
