This tournament has been so fun to watch and I am so glad my feed has been full of videos and photos of all the athletes either performing or enjoying London.

Like fashion, the fitness industry goes through trend cycles. Cross-training has been a concept for decades. CrossFit and Hyrox just heavily commercialised it.

It is worrying that so many high-profile figures are ignoring the evidence for this decision and making reactionary claims.
