The Mahjarrat! Lots of input and direction from Mod Ed too, was fun working towards a shared vision.

This forest was literally the first zone we started production on. Everything was designed with the intention of telling the story of this ravenous, thirsty, monstruous plant that's sucking the life out of everything. It was a nice opportunity to use an unconventional palette!

Later on in production, had the opportunity to explore the long lost race behind all these ruins. Not in the game, but it's great to have something in the archive. The statue's an early attempt at morphing their features into a sculpture.
