I agree with the majority that the mitral inflow Doppler represents grade 1 diastolic function which I like better than the term, diastolic dysfunction. In this case, we are able to determine DF and filling pressure just based on 1 parameter. I will post DF case 2.

Intereating mitral PWD with 1. E with short DT after lower IVRT 2. L WAVE due to delayed relaxation 3. A 4. IVCT with earlier relaxation of the apex. This patient probably has reduced SV with E velocity of 60 and preserved EF with IVCT vel. Will be nice to see LVOT and e'/L'
