Costs submissions in the Lehrmann defamation case show Bruce Lehrmann was given a 'walkaway offer' by Network Ten in August 2023, which was open for him to consider for two weeks.

He declined it in less than two hours.

police, and then allowed that lie to go uncorrected before the jury. ' He also allowed Higgins, an assault victim, to be cross-examined on a knowingly false premise.' Justice Lee.
