Costs submissions in the Lehrmann defamation case show Bruce Lehrmann was given a 'walkaway offer' by Network Ten in August 2023, which was open for him to consider for two weeks.

He declined it in less than two hours.

A new date has been set for a judgment in the defamation case brought by Bruce Lehrmann against Network Ten and Lisa Wilkinson.
 
Justice Michael Lee will deliver his judgment on Monday.
 
It was due last week, but that was delayed after, well…everything.
