In the race towards GenAI models. China appears to be moving to have lighter regulatory touch on models that do not affect the public. Interesting. I wonder how the US will respond.

What industry wants is to "enter the medical device documentation and out comes the your certification".... Well evidencing compliance at a process and code level is enabled with AI i.e. carefulai.com/autodeclare.ht… the regulator needs to catch up U.S. FDA MHRAgovuk
