Exciting news for South Carolina!

So, I chose my words. I am staunchly pro-abortion. I demand bodily autonomy for all and reproductive justice for everyone. I celebrate abortions and all the good they do. We should say that. A lot more and a lot louder.

So excited to see my most recent law review article, The Lived Experience of Health Insurance, get published Northeastern University Law Review . They were great to work with during the editing process, both kind and sophisticated. I felt like they made my work better.

Is this true? Was there an actual rule against perpetuities question on the UBE? Like, beyond ‘something something measuring life plus 21 might apply here, who knows’ as an answer? Those poor test takers! Oh, and seriously, y’all, we should think about abolishing the bar.

I didn’t even know I was going to be in this article! It’s a really good breakdown of a medical bill and insurance, looks like a great series to educate patients and consumers. Love seeing this type of journalism, so helpful.

Mayor Benjamin was just such a good mayor here. I have never known of a politician who is better at real time handling of his constituent’s problems. Excited to see what he can do with a national platform.
