What have you got to hide Cornish Sea Salt and Living Sea Therapy? Shame on Provenance Group!

Living Sea Therapy didn’t state that Cornish Sea Salt use 100’s LTR’s of Hydrochloric Acid and Citric Acid to maintain the correct brine PH. Also they can’t get the salinity they need to make crystals so they supplement the brine by adding 80% of Spanish and Portuguese salt.

Seawater is 3% salinity so to make crystals you have the get the Seawater salinity to at least 26%. What do they do? Add foreign salt!

So to make the finer salt through electro dyalasis they can only get 20% salinity then add foreign salt to get required 26% salinity!
