Mad dash down to Wexford for White Stork and Avocet, managed to get both! Great to avenge dips on both these species in the last year. Could be a long time till the next twitchable stork! Avocet a great find by Paul Kelly

Still in shock to have picked up this Nightjar flying northwards low over the sea off Balbriggan, Co. Dublin just after 9pm tonight. Poor quality clip due to distance, with full mag on scope and phone. Very rare bird in Ireland. County and apartment tick. BWI Fingal

American Golden Plover at Rogerstown today. Nice tick ✅with Sean Gibson Appears almost pacific like on one side but AGP like on the other. Presumably down to moult as undertail moult is heavy
