Dear Asda Asda Service Team this is my third time of asking but can you explain how your ‘rewards’ system now words as I scan my rewards card every time I shop at Asda, but I’ve noticed that my ‘cashpot’ amount isn’t increasing. Don’t customers get points anymore?

Why do some delivery companies think it’s acceptable to make you stay in all day for an expedited delivery then don’t even bother to attempt to deliver 🤔 Very disappointed with FedEx Europe FedEx and equally their customer service team for such poor service 😠
