Good morning Birmingham Cocktail Weekend! It's Day 3 and where better to start it with brunch and booze than Gas Street Social! We are adoring this mix of Beefeater Blood Orange Gin, Briottet Mandarin, Lillet Blanc, Passionfruit and Orange
Our first stop has to be The Cosy Club. What better way to prepare for the day ahead whilst also sipping our first Birmingham Cocktail Weekend 2022 cocktail? The Salted Caramel Pineapple Punch is sweet, but not too sweet, full of flavour, Cosy Club are starting this BCW off strong!
Number 2 for the day is Flight Club Darts Dark Forest Flight- a mix of Ciroc Vodka, Chocolate liqueur, Chambord and Vanilla. This cocktail is managing the full, rich black forest flavour whilst avoiding the heaviness that cream can bring- refreshing and chocolate-y!
We're expecting big things at Sabai Sabai as they've always delivered in past, and their Samui Sunrise has somehow managed to surpass our expectations anyway! This mix of Gin, vanilla and plum liqueur, cranberry, lime, and mango daiquiri syrup is perfectly balanced!
