Creating belonging and togetherness is so vital when you’re in each others company day in, day out, home + away where monotony can set in. I love this from Brentford, a simple but great idea to create discussion between players about their background and where they come from 👏🏻

Privileged, what a powerful 4 days in San Fran. Fantastic hospitality shown by the Warriors, I fell in love with a team and a city. The culture and community within the club and organisation is phenomenal. More than sport, created by great people. What an experience🔵🟡🌁🌉

Football is for everyone regardless of where you are born and your background. This project gives an opportunity for the last nation on earth without a national team to play their first ever games! Well worth backing 🇲🇭

Thought whilst watching Liverpool vs Spurs At what point does the risk of playing out outweigh the reward of ‘finding the spare man’ and creating a +1 (EG 4v3) wave to attack the opponent goal? How many times have we seen a team get the ‘reward’ this season that led to a goal?

I am extremely proud to have been a part of this group. It has been a surreal journey from my first day on the old FA Level 1 aged 16 to waking up today with a UEFA Pro Licence 15 years later ⚽️

I hope this resonates with coaches so that there is a general realisation that yes, tactics are important, but they are not the holy grail of coaching. Releasing player potential through a supportive and caring environment plays a vital part in success too. Well said, Carlo👏
