Torture is unlawful. Yesterday, I met with Restart Center for the rehabilitation of victims of violence and torture in Tripoli🇱🇧. The prevention of torture is a key priority of Switzerland’s🇨🇭 human rights policy globally and in Lebanon🇱🇧 and Syria 🇸🇾.
