Ordered some wine from Majestic Wine and paid extra for it to be delivered the next day in time for a party for a friend...

They cocked up the delivery and then said they could get it delivered direct from the store but would have to charge me for it again...

But that was ok as the other amount hadn't come out of my account, I said it was a pending payment. They reasssured me it hadn't...

Anyway it has, so I have now been charged twice Majestic Wine it's unacceptable. 1st time I have ever ordered from you and it'll be the last
