On 20 September, at 10:00hrs the High Court will hear an application filed to challenge constitutionality of section 22A of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act. The applicants Media Alliance Zim & Zenzele argue that sec 22A violates several rights in 🇿🇼 Constitution.
