Tess was a good girl yesterday morning when she did some Pessoa work in the lunge pen in the rain. Remedy was turned out in the turnout pen and was throwing himself about but despite that Tess really held it together.

Literally in love 😻 with this xmas present from my fantastic wife. I’ve never had a leather Headcollar for any horse let alone an engraved one. Tess looks beautiful in it.

Today we had fun doing poles. After I took away my stirrups! Tess was FRESH today - she tried to canter into the trot poles, she kept trying to jump the beam of sun 😂 & she did a bronk into the first canter. 😝. Then had a fab day in the field & came back minus a shoe 🤦‍♀️

Someone was happy with the outcome of today 🤦‍♀️😂

This morning Tess was really good. We practiced serpentines and maintaining rhythm. I’m really excited that we have booked a lesson in a few weeks time. It’s our first one in ages 💜

Shorter session for Tess today and she was a good girl. We practiced maintaining the rhythm and not dying round the corners using figure of eights, serpentines and circles to help us.

Used the Keratex Hoofcare Coconut 🥥 Hoof Balm today on Tess. It really moisturises her hooves and doesn’t come off due to the beeswax 🐝 . Plus it smells AMAZING.

Lovely bit of a treat and entertainment for Tess whilst on box rest with her cow parsley Haynet and her treat ball plus her diet rations of soaked hay.
