Great idea! The only question I'd ask is how students can review the feedback after the meetings. Will the meetings be recorded AND transcribed? Where and how long will the recordings be stored and accessible for students?

Hierarchies, compliance, outdated or updated systems, and standardized tests may actually boost creativity in how to game the system. Kinda a #structuredcreativity - gotta have the system first and then game it.
