We’re delighted to say that at the regional national apprenticeship and skills awards, our clinical education team won their category of T level employer of the year, in only their second year of hosting T Level students. They're now through to the national awards next month 🙌

Our physician associate students have been using our VR headsets to enhance the skills they are learning on placement with us. This is a new piece of technology procured by the education team and we can’t wait to roll this out in other areas in the Trust! 🎮⭐️

Our care certificate draw takes place at 11am. The care certificate team are ready to draw the names out!!! 🤩 This is full of names of people who have completed their care certificate in celebration of the 10 year anniversary!

Last week we held our first Care Certificate Supervisor SD! An informative day delivering skills teaching around supporting new HCSWs! The day included Intro to Coaching, Motivating others, Competency and Assertiveness and of course The CC West Suffolk NHS FT 🏳️‍🌈! Next date in June 👌🏼
