Zoraya WRN for Herts and Cambs Local authority licensing board can be notified that the pub is breaching EA2010 on the grounds of sex. They will investigate. Hitting their license to operate is the best way to go.

I know my relentless (cautious) optimism can be a bit annoying, but I've spent some time looking at the judgment in O'Neill and Wayne vs UCU. It's *absolutely* inept. I'd have thought an appeal is inevitable. And will be successful. And hence precedent-setting. (?)
