WRN for Herts and Cambs If you provide single sex services then they MUST be that otherwise advertise that you are providing mixed services and hope that no one sues you for indirect sex discrimination.

WRN for Herts and Cambs I now know that the landlord has actually broken two laws. Admiral Taverns One, he has discriminated against me over a legally held belief, one of the six characteristics which are protected in the 2010 Equality Act. Jakki Ellis WRN for Herts and Cambs Correct. Indirect discrimination. The EHRC made that clear in their interim guidance. Also, if female staff have to use the same toilets, then that is ILLEGAL as it breaches both Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 and Equality Act 2010.
