This week, we held our 27th annual Joint Employee Council meeting. With a legacy dating back to 1961, our employee councils are a cornerstone of our people-first culture by giving a voice to all our employees and empowering them to help make Worthington even better.

Shoutout to our Chilton, Wisconsin facility’s Service Committee for their recent work to help improve athletic associations in their community. After raising funds internally, the committee gave $1,000 each to ten local, volunteer-led athletic associations for a total of $10,000.

We had a great time hosting our customers at our inaugural Worthington LPG Panel! Thanks to the great conversations and insights shared, Worthington is prepared to continue pushing the propane gas industry forward, with the needs of our customers front and center.
